Prospectus Design

Representing your school through a brochure.

The Prospectus is a vital part of the marketing pack for schools and colleges. Originally created years ago as a document to simply convey school information to the prospective parent, this piece of literature has developed into a much more powerful tool.

The design, layout and texture all contribute greatly to help the recipient create an opinion before they have visited your campus.
  • Discover the Potential
  • Develop the Idea
  • Distinguish Yourselves
Our objective is of course to create a unique and memorable piece of marketing literature that will clearly convey your message to the right audience. We do however appreciate at Design bp, some budgets are more limited than others so with this in mind, we have created three templates to help in such circumstances.

We are best at bespoke, however the simple style, layout and materials for these templates allow quicker artwork and lower production costs so may be suitable for the smaller school kitty. Quotations can be produced on request, the templates below are designed to be printed full colour throughout onto a gloss board.

Here's a thought. You may need a small website to get a presence on the internet or if you're already there and want to create more interactivity between your school and students, have you considered a forum?

Children of most ages nowadays use forums to chat to their school friends. Our suggestion is to bring it 'in-house' which could gain parent's approval, the children become even more involved with the school and managed correctly, creates some very positive PR.
  • Independent schools

We love working on bespoke projects and exhibiting provides a great opportunity to show both visitors and other exhibitors that your school is a venue worth serious consideration.

If you already have an exhibition stand, it might just need a few new panels on it to give that fresh look for the 2010 / 2011 marketing year.

Have you considered Bluetooth as another way of communicating information to your students. Its modern, quite new and would have a receptive audience.

Importantly, sending a Bluetooth message doesn't actually cost anything so could be financially worth while too. You could have a Bluetooth Zone in your reception area with changing messages anytime of the day, any day of the week. We can explain more if you're interested. Just get in touch..
